Events

We welcome you to join our member wineries at one of the events listed below. If you are coming to the Napa Valley, our Visiting Napa section offers information about tours, tastings and retail sales at the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley wineries.

We have many events throughout 2009 for OKD Association members to help raise awareness among our neighbors, consumers, media, and the trade. They include:

• April 18: The Cycle for Sight bike race and wine event fundraiser in Napa, supported in part by OKD.
• April 23: A 2008 vintage barrel tasting, aimed at all Napa Valley growers, producers (potential grape buyers), media, and other trade.
• June 4-7: Auction Napa Valley, featuring an OKD live auction lot.
• August 15: Our annual picnic to celebrate and welcome neighbors to OKD.
• August 16: The Wine Library Association's AVA focused tasting.
• September 26: The Guide Dogs for the Blind fundraiser which raises funds through OKD's community contributions for this worthwhile organization.
• Fall: A Taste of Oak Knoll; our second annual consumer focused event.
• And we'll be promoting OKD throughout the year.
